been reading体现了一个读的过程和时间长度.只有while能表示时间长度.
这里,也许你会觉得说go out应该是一瞬间动作,用when,但,其实老实说语言还蛮活,所以.go out也能这样用
ever since的话,前面要用HAD been.因为.通过went out是过去式.前面就得用过去完成时

我觉得选A或C才对 因为while与延续性动词搭配,而went out显然没有延续性的意义。
应该选A 因为while引导句子要加进行时 再说go是个短暂性动词用进行时表示一个动作在发生,另一个动作正在进行
