They would say: Have you got any advice for high school students? Or: What advice have you got for high school students?
It is wrong to say: suggest sb to do sth. We say: advise sb to do sth
We don't say "have advice for sb"; instead, we would say "have some advice for sb", or "have a piece of advice for sb".
e.g. I've got some advice for you. (Not: I have advice for you.)

Good question. You know 永远的学习 was doing word-for-word translation, which is very bad and, unfortunately, extremely popular among Chinese learners of English. That's way when some of them translate "我在开车" into English, they would go like this: "I'm driving a car." A good example of Chinglish, isn't it?
When you learn English, learn phrases, collocations and sentences. DO NOT break a sentence down into single words. There is not much point in discussing what "to" or "for" meams. We use "for" because we say "have some advice for sb". If you take out "for" and study it, it would be a waste of time; and you would not make so much progress as you should.
