All rejected parts have now been returned to G4T(最终客户),less 2 -3 parts used in tests and for samples.They are re-coating them to meet their "perceived" requirements.I am not accepting the reasons for rejection and I hope we can now "draw a line" under this issue and look forward.
I now have a sample which meets G4T's requirements - not much difference as far as I can see - and I will send this out to you as the Golden Sample to which the factory should seek to replicate.
When you have this hopefully you can continue to process the open PO

Thanks for the sample which we will get out to the factory to use as a Golden Sample.
I have to say I think the difference between the last batch supplied and this sample is slight,on the basis of the 2 samples from that batch I still "have to hand" and from which I have not been able to get the paint to rub off.
Anyway lets move forward,you have taken back all of the last batch,so we can now draw a line and seek to supply what you require which is the most important thing to us.We will use this sample to judge quality,though it is still subjective.I agree it would be good to have documented standard.Specifying Colour and Finish are OK but overall feel/ look is very difficult to put in words.We can specify adhesion with a rub or tape test but samples from the last batch passed the standard tests used in coatings industry.Can we specify paint thickness?,pre surface treatment?Any suggestions will be actively pursued as we do not want to supply any parts to you which do not meet what you want."At the end of the day that is the definitive test and what we must always seek to achieve."
