1.第一句中,形容词比较级better单独修饰名词voice做定语,所以放在名词voice之前.
第二句中,含有固定结构“感官动词seen + 宾语a cat + 宾语补足语more intelligent...”,形容词比较级more intelligent做宾语补足语,而不是定语,当然放在宾语a cat之后了.
2.am
语法死规定而已,死记即可.

I‘ve never found a better voice.其实是说没有更好的声音了他没有准确的比较双方,只是用never found a better...这种句型来表示这个意思而已..而I've never seen a cat more intelligent than a dog.是猫和狗在比较,所以比较级放在两者之间.

第一题，两个句子的侧重点不一样，第一句是强调更好的声音。第二句是在猫和狗之间对比，你试想一下，总不能说我从没发现一个聪明的猫要比聪明的狗要更聪明吧，句子的意思是说从没发现猫比狗更聪明。
第二题，我好像没见过aren't i的用法哦，应该是am not i?
还有后面的句子也有错误，应该是i am not an officer, am i?
