People today are beginning to hear more & more about the problem of pollution.Pollution is caused either by the release of artificial substances into the environment(人造物质的排放),or by increased amounts of natural substances,such as oil,from oil tankers into the sea.
Many people,therefore,see pollution as only part of a larger & more complex problem.Whatever its underlying reasons,it is no doubt that much of the pollution could be controlled if companies,individuals & governments would make more efforts.For instance,there is an obvious need to control litter & waste,which everyone can help to do by cutting out excess consumption & careless disposal of the products we use in our daily lives.
In a word,anti-pollution needs your efforts!

Environment damage is becoming a serious problem at present,we have to breathe the polluted air,drink the polluted water and eat the polluted food every day and even more and more people die from the illnesses caused by pollution,which is very challenging to human beings.Fortunately,some of us have come to realize that it’s time we took some measures to protect the environment,otherwise,there will be no life left on the earth in the end.
If we want to leave a better life and have a bright future,we must do our best to protect the environment:
First of all,we will have to control the growth of the population.The more people that are brought into the world,the more houses and food are needed.As a result of that,people have no choice but to cut down trees to make room for buildings and farming.
Secondly,some measures are taken to control and stop pollution from now on.For instance,close down some factories that produce serious pollution,make the water clean before it goes into the rivers,lakes and seas.
But the most important thing is to make people realize the importance of protecting the environment,and then everybody can join in the campaign to fight against pollution.
Nature is punishing us.At that time,we can do nothing but cry for we have done to nature.If you don’t want to be punished by nature,just stop polluting nature.But this is not enough,why don’t we act at once?Let’s try our best to protect the environment together!I believe if everyone make a contribution to protecting the environment ,the world will become much more beautiful.
