第一题,是过去分词做状语,注意主句中的were,说明是过去的状态了,所以要用Tired,而Being tired强调状态正在进行.
第二题,很明显,此处用where引导状语从句,全句的意思是：我在我的生活中已达到一种状态,也就是我可以自己做决定了.
第三题,speak to sb.是固定用法,如果用who,是关系代词,之前必须加上sb才行,也就是speak to someone who is in charge of.但如果是whoever,就等同于 sb who 了.
从语法上讲,大概情况就是这样,可能我的回答不是很精确,但我建议你多从语感上来把握,在学习中不要经常死扣语法,多朗读,多背诵,多阅读,培养语感,等到自己水平提高以后,这些阿猫阿狗的题目就是小菜一碟.
第二个应该用关系副词“引出状语从句”，如果用关系代词应该是解释说明前面的一个名词才对。。关系代词引出的从句中必定有一个动词，其宾语就是这个代词。。。。另外，a point ,a scene,一般常考用where引状语从句的。。
个人见解，希望有用
