摘要 目的:探讨敌溴隆对小鼠凝血时间的影响及维生素K1的解救作用 方法:将20只小白鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,在给药前对实验组和对照组的小白鼠进行眼球取血并记录其凝血时间.之后对两组小白鼠都予以0.6ml的敌溴隆灌胃,10min后用毛细管法测定两组中毒小鼠的凝血时间.然后对实验组小鼠腹腔注射维生素K1每只0.2ml,对照组予以等量生理盐水腹腔注射.10min后用毛细管法分别测定两组小鼠的凝血时间.结果:小鼠中毒后凝血时间较中毒前明显延长,经维生素K1解救后与对照组相比凝血时间缩短.结论:敌溴隆对小白鼠有抗凝血作用,维生素K1可以对敌溴隆中毒的小白鼠具有解救作用.

Objective: to explore the enemy bromine lung for mice clotting time influence and vitamin K1 relief effect methods: only 20 mice were randomly divided into group and the control group, the drug for group and control group before the mice were eyeball take blood and record its blood coagulation time. After two groups of mice could be 0.6 ml of enemy bromine lung lavage stomach, after using a capillary 10min determination of two groups of poisoning mice clotting time. Then on experimental mice intraperitoneal injection vitamin K1 every only 0.2 ml, control shall be equal saline intraperitoneal injection. After 10min with capillary method were determined two groups of mice clotting time. Results: mice poisoning after blood coagulation time is poisoning, the former significantly prolongs the vitamin K1 rescued after compared with control clotting time is short. Conclusion: the enemy bromine to mice have long anticlotting vitamin K1 can enemy bromine lung poisoning mice have rescued role.
