I used to bc under great pressure when I was in Senior Three,eager to be admitted by an ideal
university but at the same time anxious about my final score.Luckily,I finally managed to get
through and realized my dream.
To help you lessen your anxiety,I have some suggestions for you to follow.Firstly,don't aim
too high.Make a practical study plan and focus on the basic knowledge in your learning.Secondly,
make good use of your time.Stay concentrated when you are doing your lessons.After class,do
some physical exercise and make sure that you have enough sleep.Thirdly,leam to reduce your
pressure.If you have some difficulties or feel worred,talk with your family members or friends.Of
course,you can also find some other ways to relax yourselves.
