摘 要
本文以2008年年初正式实施的《劳动合同法》为法律依据,分析了在《劳动合同法》的约束下,企业需要支付辞退福利的基本类型.按照《企业会计准则第9号——职工薪酬》的基本要求,探讨了界定辞退福利的基本要求和法定补偿标准,提出了辞退福利确认的实务对策.并对国有企业执行新准则“辞退福利”的会计处理及相关问题进行了探讨,通过案例分析,比较了近期国有企业上市过程中对辞退福利的会计处理.分析结果表明,我国上市公司对于辞退福利的会计处理仍存在一定的随意性,需要尽快对其进一步予以规范.
