首先谈共同点.二者都有“希望”之意.用法:1 直接加不定式 to do 2 接 that- clause,都接that从句 不同点:1 wish 比 hope 表达的愿望更加不切实际.故wish 可以用在虚拟语气中.如,I wish I could fly.2 我们可以说 wish sb to do sth 却只可以说 hope to do,不接sb.

5. hope可与so或not连用,分别代替一个具有肯定和否定意义的宾语从句,以免重复,wish则不能。
-Will it be fine tomorrow?
-I hope so.
-Will it rain tomorrow?
-I hope not.
三、wish, hope都可作名词,可数或不可数均可,wish表示"愿望""心愿""祝愿",hope表示"希望"。
